What is GuestRegister?
GuestRegister is an online system that enables online
booking. It has two parts: a website booking system, and a Management
Console. Customers can check booking status using the website,
and staff can manage the hotel customers through the management
system.
How does GuestRegister work?
GuestRegister runs off a server which is usually installed
on the premises. Your website is connected to this server to query
the booking database.
We install another website on this server to control the management
side of your business. This website is only accessable by the
server - no other computers are allowed to view it, and it is
password protected for extra security.
I don't have a website - can you design us one?

Can GuestRegister be integrated into my existing website?
Yes. All we need is a sample page that you'd like the
software to display on. We then link the server into this page
- so it doesn't matter what kind website you currently have, as
the GuestRegister scripts run on your own server.
I can't get a high-speed connection/I don't want to run
a server.
Is there any other way to get GuestRegister?
Yes. if you don't want to run your own server, we can run GuestRegister
online, so you can connect to an online management system.
What happens if the server crashes?
GuestRegister automatically checks the connection before
starting an online booking query. In the unlikely event of a server
crash or a loss of connection, the website displays an enquiry
form in place of the online booking system until the connection
is restored.
Can you modify rooms/prices/service types?
Yes. GuestRegister is designed to be tailored around
your establishment, so we can customise the system to fit your
requirements.
Can I get a demonstration of how GuestRegister works?
Certainly. In order to prevent abuse, we'll need to issue
you with a username and password: just fill in the form
on the Demo page and it'll be
emailed to you automatically.
